Introduction
StatClinic is a browser-based statistical analysis platform developed for clinical, biomedical, and health research. It combines guided statistical workflows, evidence-based test selection, automated assumption checking, publication-ready reporting, and research methodology guidance within a single integrated environment. StatClinic is designed to support researchers throughout the statistical analysis process, from selecting the appropriate statistical method to interpreting and reporting results according to international scientific standards.
StatClinic supports both guided and direct statistical analysis. Researchers may either follow a guided workflow that recommends the appropriate statistical method based on study design and data characteristics, or directly access individual statistical procedures when the required method is already known.

Getting Started

StatClinic implements internationally accepted statistical methods using established formulas and methodological conventions. Where appropriate, calculations are validated against standard statistical references, benchmark datasets, and results produced by widely accepted statistical software. Validation is an ongoing, version-controlled process intended to support computational accuracy, transparency, and reproducible research.
